We ship products through:

USPS – United States Postal Service

FedEx – Federal Express Courier Service

Others: We also partner and utilize third party domestic courier delivery firms in your country to deliver the product to you. However, we may not be able to provide shipping tracking info if we are using third party domestic courier to deliver to your address, however, we would provide you with constant update via email notifications on the status of your order and the estimated delivery time.

The following are estimated delivery times specifically for the Dual Global Mobile Smart DATA SIM 

* Standard Shipping (USA): 18-24 days delivery

* International Standard Shipping: 21-28 days’ delivery

* Tax [Sales Tax] Rate is 5.75% [DC] is only for orders with US billing address. International Orders with international billing address are exempted from Sales Tax.

* Indicated Shipping and Delivery time are estimates. Product/s may arrive earlier than estimated and product/s may have some delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond the control of the carrier firm such as natural disaster, government security agencies inspection delay, etc. We would let our subscribers, customers and members know if such delays occur.

Refund Policy

* Our Refund Policy is 60 days’ money back guarantee should you not be interested to use our products. This applies to both the United States and International customers. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns/Refunds Information:

All refunds are made in the same method of payment received when product was ordered. Payment made via credit card purchased will receive refund via the same credit card used to purchase the product initially. Payment made via digital currency e.g. bitcoin will be refunded in the same digital currency. We may mail you a check or may send you electronic funds via one of our electronic funds processing firms instead of refunding through credit card at our own discretion. For bank wire transfer, refund will be made using bank wire transfer and all bank wire fees will be at the expense of the party to which the refund is to be made. Bank wire refund charges are determined by the local bank from which the refund is to be made. We reserve the right to make refund to a customer by any of the following methods: credit card, digital currency, electronic funds transfer, check, western union or bank wire no matter the method the customer used to purchase the product or service. If we are to refund via bank wire transfer to a customer who is due a full refund, bank wire fees are to be our responsibility and not the passed to the customer. For check payment, refund will be made via a cashier’s check or official check.

Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy        

i) Dual Global Mobile SIM Card:

If you are not satisfied with the Dual Global Mobile SIM card purchased, you may request for cancellation of your order as long as it is within 60 days or not more than 60 days from the date purchased and return the product in the right shape originally shipped to you. If you send the item back to us in the original box or container sent to you, Dual Global Mobile will offer you a refund. Product to be returned must be in its original shape and package as the way it was received by you including manuals, documentation and registration information of the product. . It is advisable to use a reliable courier company that you can keep track of the shipping until it is delivered at our address. You may also need to send us an email for instructions on how to return a product should you wishes to do by emailing us: support@dualglobalmobile.us

You can decide to cancel your order within 3-7 business days if it has not been shipped and/or order processed after payment was made [except ordered product is on back order]!

Please, note that you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid less shipping and handling charges for the product as long as the product is returned in the conditions as stated above or elsewhere in this Return/Refund Policy.

No Refund of money if you cancel your order after 60 days from the date of purchased of the SIM. Also, note that refund is not applicable to customers who received the SIM and activated the SIM to receive their UK and/or US number for more than 7 days from the date of SIM activation. And no refund is applicable to customers who received the DATA SIM and activated the SIM to register on a network.

Refund of money takes 7-21 business days from the date the product is received in good conditions as stated in this policy.

ii) Dual Global Mobile SIM Airtime/Credit:

If you are not satisfied with the Dual Global Mobile SIM Airtime/Credit purchased, you may request for cancellation of your order as long as it is within 30 days or not more than 30 days from the date of the Airtime purchased. You may send us an email to: support@dualglobalmobile.us

Please, note that you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for the airtime. No Refund of money if you cancel your order after 30 days from the date of purchased of the Airtime and No refund if you have used up to 5 cents of the airtime purchased for either the VOICE, SMS & DATA or DATA only SIM.

Refund of money takes 7-21 business days from the date the Airtime is deducted you’re your SIM account.

iii) Dual Global Mobile Cell Phones & Cell Phones Accessories

If you are not satisfied with the any Dual Global Mobile Cell Phones & Cell Phones Accessories purchased listed above or elsewhere on our websites, you may request for cancellation of your order as long as it is within 60 days or not more than 60 days from the date purchased and return the product in the right shape originally shipped to you. If you send the item back to us in the original box or container sent to you, Dual Global Mobile will offer you a refund. If you are not satisfied with any of the Dual Global Mobile Phone System Global Virtual Products [Smartphone Systems Global Roaming, Officephone Systems Global Roaming, Toll Free Number, Local Telephone Number] purchased, you may request for cancellation of your order as long as it is within 7 days or not more than 7 days from the date of the Virtual Product/s is subscribed for or purchased for a particular month since the product is a month to month basis. You may send us an email to: support@dualglobalmobile.us

Please, note that you will be refunded 100% of the amount you paid for the Virtual Product/s subscribed for or purchased. No Refund of money if you cancel your order after 7 days from the date of purchased and/or renewal of the Virtual Product/s’ account/s and No refund if you have used up to 3 cents of the virtual product account!

Refund of money takes 7-21 business days from the date the Virtual Product account is closed or terminated.

Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Procedures:

For Airtime, Cell Phones & Cell Phones Accessories & Virtual Products payment made through:

i) Credit/Debit Cards would be refunded through Credit Cards;

ii) Digital Currencies such as Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc. method would be refunded through digital currencies

iii) Bank/SEPA/EFT methods would be refunded using same method.

v) Global WiFi Roaming Plans

If you are not satisfied with DGM Global WiFi Plan in partnership with any of our Global WiFi Network Providers, you may cancel your Global WiFi plan/subscription within 3 days of activation of the voucher promo code by letting us know so we could disable/cancel your account and refund would be made to you in full amount of the subscription fee paid. However, there would be no refund of the Global WiFi subscription fee paid after 3 days from the date of activation. To cancel your Global WiFi subscription/plan, please send us an email to: support@dualglobalmobile.us indicating the Voucher Promo Code sent to which you have redeemed as well as the email address used to logged in. vi) Smartphones

If you are not satisfied with any third party Smartphone/s bought through DGM website due to defects upon arrival or factory technical fault when trying to use it after receipt, please note that such products for return and/or refund are subject to the refund policy of the third party manufacturer indicated on their website or at the time of purchase of such product/s. If you are not clear with the return and/or refund policy of third party Smartphones, please an email to: support@dualglobalmobile.us indicating the Smartphone make/model and year and we would reply you accordingly.
