Q1a. What is eSIM and how is it!
A1a. eSIM is an embedded SIM (eSIM) that is provided by a network provider and enabled for DATA, VOICE and SIM. It functions the way physical SIM works but the difference is the deployment of the eSIM into a Smartphone/tablet/laptop and other devices that support eSIM. It does not need any physical SIM insertion into your SIM compartment like the way a physical SIM is inserted physically into a device. It is installed (virtually inserted)/downloaded automatically into your smartphone/tablet/laptop by scanning a QR (Quick Response) Code we will provide you with via email attachment.
A1b. The Global Roaming eSIM is a USA/UK/Global eSIM with a Global Coverage on 4G, 3G, 2G networks in 200+ countries. It is a DATA Roaming Global eSIM enabled for DATA (Unlimited and Pay As You Browse plans). It is also enabled for VOICE call (Outgoing and Incoming), SMS, MMS and Chat through any of the communication mobile apps (such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, Truecaller, Viber, WeChart, Skype, Whoscall, Tiktok, etc.) installed on your Smartphone/Tablet/ Device. It is currently available with the +44UK Global IMSI MSISDN telephone number profile and can be used in any country of the world. The +1US IMSI MSISDN telephone number profile of the eSIM will soon be available for customers who will want to also activate/add a +1US IMSI MSISDN phone number.
Q2. How is the eSIM delivered to me after I ordered/subscribed?
A2 We deliver the eSIM to you via via email and/or link for you to download the QR Code and scanning the QR code with your smartphone/tablet/device and it will install automatically on our phone within some seconds.
Q3. How long does it take for me to receive the eSIM after I ordered it successfully?
A3. No Shipping Requirements. The eSIM QR (Quick Response) Code will be delivered to you via an URL link to download or via email attachment. You can scan the QR code with your smartphone/tablet/device and the eSIM will auto installed on your Smartphone/Tablet/Device. For delivery after subscription/order, it takes 2-9 days for configuration; setup and delivery of the eSIM QR code to you from the date of you successfully place the eSIM order. We will provide easy-to- install-and-up and ready for use guide for the eSIM.
Q4. What are the global rate (DATA, Voice & SMS) for the eSIM.
A4. The Rates are the same with the physical SIM.
Q5a.. What happens if I lost my phone, have it stolen or damaged, how I get an eSIM replacement?
A5a. This is one of the advantages of the eSIM Technology, you can easily check on your SIM Account online to click to download the QR Code associated with your eSIM and then scan it to be installed automatically on your new phone without any need to wait for a physical SIM to arrive in the mail for 3 to 14 days or more. The re-installing of your eSIM via scanning the QR code is free. If you encounter any difficulty in installing the eSIM in your phone by scanning the QR code, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you to get it done.
Q5b.. Can I use my eSIM in more than one device? Smartphone, Tablet and also laptop?
A5b. This is possible if you are using a modem that support such and also we allow tethering with the eSIM as long as you abide by our legal terms and conditions when using the eSIM.
Q6.. What phone number is assigned to my eSIM?
A5. The eSIM comes either with a a +44 regulated UK MSISDN (phone Number) or a +1 regulated US MSISDN (phone number), it is a single IMSI while that of the physical SIM is a dual-IMSI (+44UK & +1 US MSISDN phone numbers).
Q7. Can I have more than one eSIM in my phone?
A7. Yes, you can have more than one eSIM installed in your phone, but you can only use one eSIM at a time, and can switch from one eSIM MSISDN phone number to another eSIM MSISDN phone number installed in your phone. The physical Dual IMSI SIM comes standard with two phone numbers (UK & US) which you can as well switch from one to the other when using to place calls. You can receive calls on both numbers with the IMSI as well as that of the eSIM as well.
Q8. Does the eSIM enabled for DATA, Voice & SMS or only DATA Roaming?
A8. Our eSIM is enabled for DATA and also enabled for Voice and SMS. We also have as per the customer requirement to lock the eSIM for only DATA Roaming.
Q9. Can I port my phone number to the eSIM?
A9. Yes, number portability feature is enabled for our eSIM. But you have to check with your current provider if such is allowable. However, also note that there are some requirements for number portability. You can have more than one, two, three or more eSIMs network providers installed in your phone. So, can also decide to keep your current provider and have our eSIM installed in your phone.
Q10. My Smartphone support both physical SIM slot and eSIM, Can I use both?
A10. Yes, you can have your physical SIM inserted into your Smartphone and as well have an eSIM installed in your phone. You can also any of the network providers – your current provider and the eSIM network provider at any time, but you have to switch from one network to the other when using to place a call, send text and browse. However, you can have priority use in each network in your phone. For example, calls and sms using your current network provider while fr DATA, your eSIM network provider or vice versa.
Q11. Is there any monthly, quarterly, yearly or roaming fee for the eSIM?
A11. No. It is the same as our physical Roaming SIM, no monthly, no quarterly, no yearly or roaming fees.
Q12. What is the cost for ordering/subscribing for the eSIM?
A12. Global Cost is $55.99. The includes a $20 Credit for DATA, Voice & SMS and also includes one-time eSIM activation fee of $18 and one –time Global Networks Access fee os $17.99. Your Smartphone, Tablet or Laptop device to be used with the eSIM must support eSIM and must be unlocked. Some unlocked Smartphones/Tablets/Laptops manufactured in late 2018 and in 2019 support eSIM.
Q13. Can I cancel my eSIM order/subscription at any time and request for a refund?
A13. Yes, you can cancel your eSIM order within 60 days from the date of your order/subscription the same cancellation with our physical SIM cancellation and a full refund will be issued to you if you have not started using the eSIM or not delivered to you within our delivery timeline. Please, note that our refund procedure and process is the same with our physical SIM, excepting that the eSIM you do not need to return any physical SIM Card, we just initiate the cancellation of your account at our end and have your refund made withn 30 days from the date of cancellation. Q14. What are the global DATA, Voice and SMS rates of the eSIM?
A14. They are the same with our physical SIM. The difference between the physical SIM and eSIM is the deployment method into a Smartphone/Tablet/Laptop or any device that support eSIM. Physical SIM is inserted physically into a SIM slot in a Smartphone or device while eSIM is virtually inserted (installed) on a Smartphone via QR code.
The DGM – eSIM Global Roaming works in all iPhones range 10 and 11 as well as many tablets. It also works in many other Smartphones from other manufacturers. If your phone type and model is not in the list, you are free to contact us with your phone specs and mode for clarification with use with the DGM eSIM.

Any of the plans supports DATA, Voice Call and SMS and covers 200+ countries in global DATA Roaming. At the end a Global DATA unlimited Bundle cycle, you can revert to the normal PAYB plan with topping up airtime credit for your eSIM and uses it for DATA, Voice and SIMS or for DATA only or you can subscribe for another Global DATA unlimited Bundle Roaming plan.

These shipping delivery timelines are estimates. In most scenarios, orders are received in less than 8 days from the date order is successfully placed, except on rare circumstances where order delivery is within the estimated timeline.
